Operation: Hope in Monmouth Resource Card
There is hope. There is help. It is right here in Monmouth County.
Welcome! Thank you for scanning the QR code on the Operation: Hope in Monmouth Resource Card. This resource card was developed by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office as a starting point for you to find additional local resources that may address your recovery and corresponding needs.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office developed and piloted the Operation: Hope in Monmouth Resource Card (image above) at the Red Bank Warming Center in February 2022. In partnership with Hope Sheds Light, JBJ Soul Foundation & Pilgrim Baptist Church’s Hope & Comfort Warming Center, NJ Reentry Corporation and the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office coordinated a winter initiative called “Breakfast with a Side of Hope.” Certified recovery, mental health and reentry specialists were on site to provide recovery, mental health and reentry resources, along with breakfast, to Warming Center guests. Each Warming Center guest received an Operation: Hope in Monmouth Resource Card, available in English and Spanish, as a starting point to finding resources to address their individual needs.
This initiative is funded by the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office and the NJ Cares Operation Helping Hand grant.
