MAJOR DISCIPLINE REPORTS

As per the Attorney General’s Internal Affairs Policy and Procedures (section 9.11.2), every law-enforcement agency must publish on its public website statistics regarding officers who have been subject to major discipline or otherwise meet the requirements set forth in section 9.11.2 of the policy.

INTERNAL AFFAIRS ANNUAL REPORTS

As per the Attorney General’s Internal Affairs Policy and Procedures (section 9.11.1), on an annual basis, every law enforcement agency shall post on its public website a report summarizing the types of complaints received and the dispositions of those complaints.  The statistics herein represent complaints against Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office employees.
