FREEHOLD – A Middletown man was arrested Thursday on charges of Theft, Impersonation, and other offenses related to financial transactions in and out of the state, announced Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
Christopher D. Biello, 43, of Coe Place in Middletown, is currently facing one count of second degree Theft by Deception, four counts of third degree Theft by Deception, three counts of third degree Impersonation, one count of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, three counts of fourth degree Forgery, and two counts of fourth degree Falsifying Records. Biello is being held in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold Township, on $275,000 cash only bail, as set by Monmouth County Superior Court Judge Honora O’Brien Kilgallen
